Minimum Charges:
The minimum charge for wash, tumble dry, and fold is £18.75 (equivalent to 6 kilograms).
If items require pressing, the minimum charge is £23.60 (also equivalent to 6 kilograms).
Minimum charges apply even if the weight of items is less than 6 kilograms.
Quotation Validity:
The price on the order is valid for 14 days from the date of the order.
Interest on Overdue Orders:
Interest on overdue orders accrues at [8%] per annum above the Bank of England base rate.
Payment Terms:
All services must be paid in advance at the time of drop-off.
Wight Laundry Services only accepts electronic payments via debit/credit cards or Apple pay.
Delivery and Collection:
Delivery is made to the customer’s address.
Customers must arrange to take delivery on the specified day.
A small fee maybe charged depending on location and weight.
Collection Timeframe:
All items will be collected no later than 2 weeks.
Service Amendments:
Wight Laundry Services reserves the right to alter, amend, adapt, or suspend services at its sole discretion.
Weighing and Charging:
All items are weighed in the presence of the customer.
Weights are rounded up to the nearest full kilogram for charging purposes.
Item Exclusions:
Excluded items domestic clothing.
Service Duration:
Laundering and pressing services are provided from the drop-off date until completion of the paid-for services.
For account collection and delivery customers, services are provided from the collection date until delivery of freshly laundered items.
Completion Timings:
Agreed laundering and pressing services are completed within 48 working days (subject to availability) from item acceptance..
